In-person sessions will involve hands on assessment and treatment plus gym access for rehabilitation exercises. Our online sessions are available if you are unable to attend the clinic. If you're unsure what treatment option suits you best, we offer a free 15 minute discovery call to talk through your rehab pathway.
Your first session includes:

Our online physiotherapy appointments offer a comprehensive consultation and video assessment that mirror the thoroughness of in-person sessions. Virtual sessions exclude hands-on treatment, all therapeutic interventions are exercise-based.
Online coaching is a remote 4-week subscription allowing you to receive tailored rehabilitation support from anywhere in the world. You receive a daily plan as opposed to a one-off session.
Appointments typically last 45 minutes.

We recommend wearing comfy, loose fitting clothing that allows for easy movement. This type of attire enables us to assess your mobility accurately and perform a range of treatments without restriction.
For sat nav, please follow directions for Super Training Gym, GL52 7DQ. We are located in the building next to the gym, which is the end unit. If you arrive early for your appointment, you are welcome to take a seat in the gym waiting area.
Yes, there is parking available outside the clinic and gym.
We understand that sometimes plans change. To ensure efficient scheduling and availability for all clients, we require at least 48 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations. If you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled session, the £40 deposit will be retained to cover the costs incurred. All monthly programming will be charged every 4 weeks and is non-refundable, however you can cancel before the next payment is taken if 7 days notice is given. This policy helps us manage our resources effectively while continuing to provide expert injury rehabilitation services to all clients. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy.
We understand there are many options to choose from at Next Level. If you're unsure which treatment option you require, please book in for a 15 minute call so we can discuss your history, current situation and goals. This service is free of charge.
